Robert S. Fuller has more than 40 years of law enforcement experience. He began his career with the Pacific Grove Police Department in 1968. He rose to the rank of Lieutenant and in 1978 left Pacific Grove to accept the position of Chief of Police for the City of Galt, Ca.
